We are hiring male participants to help with a voice data collection project for speech technology development.
### 🎯 Languages & Targets
Telugu – 450 Male Participants Needed*
Kannada – 350 Male Participants Needed*
## 📝 Task Details
Each participant will be required to:
Record 220 short phrases
* Use a **quiet environment** to ensure **clean and noise-free recordings**
* Recordings must be in **WAV format**, mono, **16kHz**, **16bit**
* Use only **mobile phone** to record
* Avoid background noise, echo, or enhancements
> ⚠️ **Note:** Participants who have already taken part in this project earlier are **not eligible**. Violating this may lead to a **penalty clause**.
## 👤 *Eligibility Criteria*
* **Native speakers** of Telugu or Kannada only
* **Male** participants
* Age group: **18 to 60 years**
* Must not have participated in the same project earlier
## 💰 *Earnings & Referral Bonus*
* **Payout per participant:** ₹**350** *(per approved ID)*
* **Referral Bonus:** ₹**50** *for every successful participant you refer*
